Discussion: The proposed liquid cooling structure design can effectively manage and disperse the heat generated by the battery. This method provides a new idea for the optimization of the energy efficiency of the hybrid power system. This paper provides a new way for the efficient thermal management of the automotive power battery.
Based on our comprehensive review, we have outlined the prospective applications of optimized liquid-cooled Battery Thermal Management Systems (BTMS) in future lithium-ion batteries. This encompasses advancements in cooling liquid selection, system design, and integration of novel materials and technologies.
Improved Battery Life: By using a liquid-cooled system, the batteries can be kept at a more stable and cooler temperature, which can extend their lifespan and reduce the risk of failure. Higher Efficiency: When the batteries are kept at a cooler temperature, they can operate more efficiently, resulting in greater energy output and lower costs.
To verify the effectiveness of the cooling function of the liquid cooled heat dissipation structure designed for vehicle energy storage batteries, it was applied to battery modules to analyze their heat dissipation efficiency.
6. Concluding remarks Liquid air energy storage (LAES) is becoming an attractive thermo-mechanical storage solution for decarbonization, with the advantages of no geological constraints, long lifetime (30–40 years), high energy density (120–200 kWh/m 3), environment-friendly and flexible layout.
In summary, the optimization of the battery liquid cooling system based on NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm solves the heat dissipation inside the battery pack and improves the performance and life of the battery.
