In our laboratory, next-generation high-performance photovoltaics using organometalhalide perovskite have been investigated. We obtained 24.4% and 24.9% of energy conversion efficiencies using potassium-doped perovskite and methyl ammonium-free perovskite, respectively.
Organometallic-halide perovskite solar cells (PSCs) are emerging as the most promising next generation solar cell devices because of the high power conversion efficiency (PCE) and solution-based film-forming technique .
Nowadays, the PVK hole-transport-layer (HTL) based PSC suffered from low power conversion efficiency (PCE), which mainly caused by bad interface contact between PVK and perovskite film, including the energy level mismatch. Doing PVK is an effective and facial method to modify the buried interface of perovskite film.
